A leading PR firm based in the city are looking for an impressive front of house receptionist to join their team on a temporary to permanent business.
As first point of contact for often high profile clients and as the ‘face of the company’ it is essential that you have excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong organisational skills and are immaculately presented at all times.
You will be responsible for meeting and greeting of clients, managing a busy reception and directing telephone calls to the appropriate team, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, booking and preparing meeting rooms and assisting in ad-hoc administrative duties.
They place great emphasis on the quality of their work and client relationships and as such, they require this individual to have high personal standards in presentation, written and spoken communication and to possess a genuinely positive and willing attitude to work.
Skills and experience required:
- Previous demonstrable reception experience within a corporate environment
- Confident, articulate communication skills
