We are recruiting for an excellent new role that will be ideal for a polished and personable Front of House professional. This is a role where first impressions count and having an engaging manner and the ability to build rapport quickly will be key. We are looking for someone who is available immediately and can commit for 1 - 2 months with the possibility for a permanent role for the right person.

Taking on full responsibility for the main reception and meeting rooms you will welcome all guests to the offices and direct them to meeting rooms. You will do your best to ensure that they receive 5 star service and feel that they have been well looked after. You will prepare meeting rooms, provide refreshments and assist with all related to the front of house area in a professional and courteous manner.

You will proactively coordinate the meeting room schedule anticipating any clashes. You will also be responsible for maintaining all supplies, supporting the main switchboard and taking messages where necessary. You will happily arrange any taxis or catering requests that come up.  
This is an excellent role and requires someone who truly enjoys interaction and making the most of their communication skills. You will enjoy working in a busy and fast paced environment and remain calm and in control whilst doing so. Previous experience in a similar role or 5 star customer service position will be a huge advantage.
