This firm is currently seeking a float assistant to provide administration support.
In this role you will be the first point of contact to liaise between clients and colleagues, therefore, a professional and confident manner is essential. This multi-faceted role requires a candidate who is familiar with handling extensive diary and travel management. An imperative aspect of the role will be the ability to handle expense management and invoice management including the preparation and processing of expense reports. Along with these tasks, you will be responsible for managing and updating databases.
Flexibility in the role is required as general administration duties and ad-hoc duties will be expected.
Due to the challenging nature of this role, you will have excellent organisation and prioritising skills. You will be extremely driven and prepared to give the highest standard at all times. If you are a personable, hard working and keen for a new challenge then this is the role for you.
