We are looking for an immediately available candidate to step into a Facilities Coordinator role with a busy finance firm. This is the perfect opportunity to secure some experience with a blue chip client. This role will see you working with a fast paced team who take pride in playing their part with business operations.
Working in a close knit team you will deal with all of the facilities coordination within a large corporate office of 600 strong and growing.
Day to day responsibilities will include:-
- Assisting with volume print jobs and copying
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Helping with desk moves including technical queries
- Issuing security badges and access passes
- Following up on requests for equipment and services
It is important that all tasks are actioned in a timely manner. You will gain exposure to people at all levels of the business so professional presentation and demeanour is important at all times. You will be working in stunning state of the art offices conveniently based in the City.
We are looking for a team player who is hard working and goes out of their way to assist. This would be perfect for someone who has small amount of experience in facilities or is just looking for a start in their career.
