Calling all experienced PA’s and team PA’s who are looking to work on a temporary basis. The clients we are working with are corporate companies within the Finance and Professional Services sectors in and around West and Central London.
Knowledge of diary and inbox management, meeting coordination and setup, organising extensive travel arrangements and processing of expenses are among the duties expected, as well as gatekeeping and assisting with project and research based duties. You will also be responsible for assisting with general administrative duties.
Roles can vary in length, so this is perfect for someone who is between jobs, studying further education, would like to try their hand within top companies in order to gain experience on their CV or has something else on the side where extra income is needed.
