We are currently recruiting for a very exciting and innovative Technology firm who are seeking an impressive Executive Assistant and Office Manager to support their incredibly inspiring CEO and manage their very cool tech offices. Based in the City.
With 30 in London but 100 across San Fran, New York and Hong Kong, this role will be to manage the day to day operations of a young but fast growing, fast moving business who are doing exceptionally well. You will have huge responsibility from space management, maintaining office culture with events, training and staff away days, on boarding and managing all office systems and processes. As well as this, you will be the CEO’s right hand, supporting with all meeting set up, extensive global travel, board meeting logistics and planning and managing all leadership meetings.
This hugely organisational role will require a strong, graduate calibre EA/ PA/ Office Manager who is seeking to work in a high energy, fast paced environment for a very inspiring CEO. You will have solid experience within PA/ Executive Assistant support as well as experience managing an office, ideally within a technology environment or start up. Strong Microsoft skills are essential with the ability to plan ahead, problem solve and really hit the ground running.
