EA to leading Private Equity firm- Mayfair
Leading Private Equity firm with a fabulous reputation and working culture, is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support a very small team of Senior Execs (approx. 4-5). Based in gorgeous, West End offices.
Your role, as the Executive Assistant, will be to provide top senior level and seamless support, to also include producing complex documents and Presentations, organising away days and client events and preparation for all senior level management meetings. You will be at the forefront of their client base and be responsible for building strong relationships, as well as managing the CRM system and organising events.
The successful applicant will ideally be degree educated (minimum A levels) with extensive EA/ PA experience, within professional services, ideally FS, Private Equity or Investments. You will have strong PowerPoint skills and good knowledge of Excel and CRM systems.
