Executive Assistant to HR Manager.
An Executive Assistant is needed to support the HR Manager of one of the UK’s top Charitable Organisations. This position is paying up to £32k with lots of benefits and has an exceptional work/life balance.
A fantastic and unique opportunity has arisen to support the HR Manager of a global charity. This will be an Executive Assistant position, based at their Headquarters in London. This well-known establishment are looking for full time support, Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm.
With solid experience as an Executive Assistant, you will be reliable, proactive and thrive off responsibility. The successful candidate will be professional and polished with excellent, minute taking, organisational and planning skills, along with the ability to work from initiative. You will be liaising both on the phone and in person, therefore, strong communication skills will be integral to the role. My client is looking for a warm, engaging and sincere individual to become a part of this friendly, dynamic team. Previous experience working in HR, or having supported an HR individual would be a bonus, however, not a necessity.
