You will be supporting a very busy director and 3 senior team members running busy diaries with back-to-back meetings, so your organisational skills will be second to none. Your daily duties will include formatting and collating documents, answering queries via phone and email, scheduling meetings. Your presentation skills will be impeccable as you will be meeting and greeting guests. You will be providing high level support to this newly appointed director, therefore, you will need to be on top of your game. You will be using your initiative and providing solutions to issues before being asking. This is a role where you will hit the ground running.

- Diary management
- Inbox management
- Preparation of documents
- Preparation of presentations
- Manage communications
