Supporting two charming C-Suite Executives the key to your success will be your ability to hit the ground running and provide seamless support with not much need for direction. You will be a highly motivated Executive Assistant who is proficient at managing and prioritising multiple competing deadlines whilst remaining cool and calm under pressure. You will be proactive with excellent attention to detail, impeccable written and verbal communication skills, be highly organised and you will be adept at multitasking in a fast paced environment. Together with the traditional tasks of an Executive Assistant of managing an exceptionally busy diary, inbox management, compiling and editing presentations and stakeholder management, you will also be responsible for high level client liaison involving coordinating and executing client functions and events. This is a busy and varied role which will require an intelligent and switched on Executive Assistant looking to take the next step in their career.
