A global organisation within professional services based in offices overlooking the CBD. This firm is considered to be at the top their industry. The office environment is professional, fast-paced and is aimed at an Executive Assistant who is a natural organiser who thrives under pressure. This is an exciting opportunity for a multi-tasker who enjoys getting stuck in.
You will be supporting two senior Executives, working in a busy and ever-changing environment. You will need to be quick, accurate and highly motivated with the ability to juggle a number of duties. As the Executive Assistant your main focus will be ensuring the organisation of their day. A creative thinker who is calm under pressure, resilient and able to think clearly when pushed for time.
Due to busy schedules, this EA role will need an individual who can effectively manage a manic diaries effectively. You will be overseeing all international and domestic travel including itineraries and accommodation bookings. Further to the heavy organisational piece to this role, you will be overseeing invoicing, expenses, arranging meetings whilst dealing with queries. There will be an element of team support to a small, busy team.
You will need to be comfortable working at senior level and have a professional yet personable approach to your role. This position will see you being the 'go to' person in the department therefore a calm, approachable manner is essential. You must be a strong communicator who is a natural organiser. Along with strong Executive Assistant experience, a background working within a large corporate is ideal. Strong IT skills are a must. Indesign experience is ideal however not essential.
This position is to start immediately on a temporary basis.
