We have a 12 month maternity cover available for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager. This role will see you working for a successful Executive Search business that can be described as a down to earth and collaborative environment. As a business they are cementing a very good reputation for themselves and subsequently increasing their market share. They are all about the quality of their service and results.  

This is a small team based in London and they are looking for a team player with a positive attitude, who has excellent attention to detail. You will be involved in the searches they are running, assisting with diary management, travel arrangements, client liaison, preparation or candidate reports and packs. There will also be an office management element to this role encompassing everything from IT to accounts. They are looking for someone who will be very involved and play a hands on role. The most important traits for them will be someone who is trustworthy, responsible, conscientious and has excellent attention to detail.

Candidates will ideally have experience working in Executive Search.
