Our Client, a Boutique Property Investment company is seeking a confident experienced Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. Culturally the company is an exciting environment and the Managing Director you will be supporting is a very hardworking and a fair guy. Our client is based in a great West End location. This role will be a 12-month Executive Assistant contract. This role will suit an extremely personable individual who has the ability to make relationships within a small team and someone that has plenty of gravitas.
For the successful candidate, they will purchase your annual travel ticket for you, around the value of 2k.
In this role you will be responsible for Managing the Directors diary and travel arrangements, full email management, dictation, processing expenses, preparing emails, gate-keeping and acting as a first point of contact to protect the Managing Directors time. In this role you will oversee all office management and manage one assistant.
The successful candidate must be confident and tech savvy. You will be responsible for all technical issues in relation to computers, iPhones and iPads. Our client has an outsourced provider and you will manage this relationship, making sure that the systems are all running smoothly.
