We have an incredible opportunity for a driven Executive Assistant to spread their wings and take their talents to the Big Apple. One of our top clients, an innovative consultancy firm, are looking to relocate a first Class EA, supporting a Senior Partner to New York. The ideal candidate will be bright, efficient, hands on and have the desire and capability to work autonomously.
The client in question is a fast growing, ever changing yet boutique company who boast a dynamic and pioneering business ethos. Their offices are spread out around the world, consisting of top-level individuals who are right at the top of their game and they are seeking a like-minded Executive Assistant to join their team.
This role will be highly varied; never will the two days be the same. You will be coordinating ever-changing and busy diaries, organising travel itineraries across a range of time zones, delving into some project management as well as many more exciting and diverse duties that will inevitably be thrown your way.
They are eager to find a candidate who has a strong desire to relocate to New York in order to further their career. Similarly, a candidate who has concise experience working in a similar environment and fast-paced role, demonstrating your ability to juggle several high level tasks simultaneously.
