A reputable Investment Banking Advisory firm based in Mayfair require a Team Assistant to provide administrative support their Restructuring team. This is a maternity cover contract and you will be required to provide administrative support to a team of investment bankers including SMD, Director, Associate and Analysts. This role requires a proactive problem solver who is able to manage difficult situations with ease. You will be experienced with diary management and you will be confident working these diaries around busy schedules, often being required to make last minute changes. You will be required to arrange conference calls around different time zones with overseas clients, therefore your attention to detail will be impeccable. Due to the number of overseas clients that you will be working with, you will be coordinating both UK and international travel and ensuring that all itineraries are accurate and up to date. Your role will also extend to supporting with the planning of events, preparing presentations and general ad hoc administrative support.
This is a contract role to start ASAP and is due to be a 7-8 month contract which may be subject to extension.
Skills / Experience required:
- Recent, demonstrable experience gained within a similar role
- Ability to work autonomously and with initiative whilst still being an integral part of the team
- A proactive and flexible approach to all aspects of the role
- Superior organisation skills
- Ability to work calmly within a demanding environment
