An opportunity has arisen for an intelligent and savvy Events Coordinator to work with this small yet incredibly busy team at their offices in South London. Stepping into a maternity cover until February 2018, this is a varied and vital support role, reporting to two Director’s and one Event Manager.
Our client has a range of corporate and private events taking place all year round, including charity functions, weddings and corporate conferences, taking place in some of London’s most prestigious venues.
The role will see you communicating effectively with suppliers and being confident in handling all aspects of logistics of any given event. All the while having the ability to adapt to different clients. Any experience of the production side of events is ideal, though not essential. In addition, you may be required to research different briefs and have thorough administrative skills to collate this in presentation form.
You will be incredibly organised with no room for error and willing to muck in when required. Due to the size of the company, some PA duties may be required supporting the senior staff members.
