A unique opportunity has arisen to work with a rapidly growing luxury travel company as an Events and Marketing Assistant with superb progression prospects. Working as part of a team of 17 in their HQ in Greater London, you will be responsible for administering, assisting and reporting on various events and exhibitions across multiple countries. This is a very exciting position which will see you working closely with the Events Manager on fantastic sought after events and exhibitions.
As the Events and Marketing Assistant, you will be in a varied and all encompassing role which you can very much make your own. You will be researching new ideas/sponsorship opportunities, coordinating production of exhibition displays, resourcing items for events and much more. This is a wonderful role for someone who has a creative flair and wants to learn about Marketing and Events. You will be able to travel around the world to events and get fully involved in offsites!
The successful candidate will ideally be degree educated although if not you will have at least 1/2 years’ experience in a similar role or industry. You will be a team player, have strong attention to detail and be highly organised. Our client is seeking someone who can think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table. Marketing experience is beneficial but not essential however you will have strong proficiency with MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel whilst being commercially minded. A well-travelled candidate is sought after.
