A well-established and thriving Advertising company, with offices in both England and New York, are in a very exciting period with the business and require an EA to CEO. We are looking for an ambitious and career focused candidate to join the close-knit but hugely successful team.
This is a newly created role and requires a candidate who is prepared to come in and hit the ground running in the role. The duties will involve substantial diary management, administrative assistance, in-box management, expenses and travel arrangements. You will take responsibility for responding to queries on your bosses behalf therefore excellent communication skills and presentation skills are vital. You will also act as Secretary supporting the COO and the Senior Management team, you will attend committee meetings and prepare documents and paperwork prior.
Ideally the right candidate will have solid EA/PA experience within Creative/Tech services and be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail and effective input on how to fulfil this position efficiently. A positive and proactive attitude are key as well as the ability to work remotely and use your initiative.
The CEO travels several weeks of the month to the New York office so naturally the right candidate will be flexible in working to the American hours and open to being based from the London office as well as potentially from home on some days. On occasion the role may require travelling to the New York office and will involve ad-hoc duties in supporting the team who are based there.
