We are working on a great permanent position for a fantastic company based close to Hyde Park Corner. This is a true right hand role working closely with the European Director of an international hotel group. It’s a unique business and the London office focus on sourcing hotels, finance, development and asset management. This is an exciting time for the business with new developments on the horizon. This role offers real variety and your day to day responsibilities will be diverse requiring you to wear a number of different hats. It’s a small office set up which requires someone who enjoys working independently and takes a detailed approach to their work. You will be working with the two top guys in London and liaising with their offices in Germany and Australia. 

We are looking for someone who enjoys being truly involved with the opportunity to make a real contribution to the business. Working with the European Director and Finance Director, this role will see you taking care of a wide range of duties from arranging travel and accommodation to managing the Director’s diary and liaising with their overseas offices. You will assist with a number of special projects which could range from industry research or award submissions. You will look after all expenses and ensuring that SharePoint is updated.  This is a role that you can really make your own and show that you have the ability to think ahead and make sure that all bases are covered for the Director you are supporting. You will be willing to assist with the day to day duties around managing the office including office supplies, filing and I.T. matters. This is a small office set-up however it’s a great team and you will enjoy working with two people who are so driven to succeed.  You will be tech savvy and confident with MS Office – in particular Word and PowerPoint as you will be required to create  presentations from scratch and assist with business letters and proposals. SharePoint experience is a huge asset for this role although not essential. 

We are looking for a professional and organised candidate who is able to work in an efficient manner and really thinks about how they can add value. You will ensure that you are doing all to assist the Director in moving the business forward.
