We are looking for an energetic and driven Operations and Executive Assistant to join a growing Global Advisory Firm based in the West End. The role has two main functions: Executive Assistant to three London-based Partners and Operations Support for the Director of Operations. It is an exciting, varied and demanding role with considerable responsibility in a professional and fast-paced office environment. A great deal of multi-tasking is required. Some weekend / evening hours will be required from time to time.


The successful candidate will be someone with several years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to a CEO/CFO/Chairman, who is adept at managing complex schedules and who enjoys working in a busy environment and has had experience of adapting and multi-tasking to the changing demands and priorities of a growing professional firm. You will have excellent written and spoken English and pay meticulous attention to detail.


Main responsibilities
• EA support to three partners who travel globally on a weekly basis (diaries, travel, events)
• Management of firm-wide travel and logistics (Senior Advisors, Partners, Directors and team)
• Event planning and logistics
• IT Management 
• Assistance with internal meeting agendas and presentations;
• Office management responsibilities;
• Line management of Team Assistant;


Essential skills
• 2 years minimum experience organising and arranging international travel for senior executives (including visas)
• Excellent writing and communications skills
• Skilled typist
• Highly competent with Microsoft Office programmes and IT literate
• Ability to produce a consistently high standard of work under pressure
• Organisational and time management skills, ability to prioritise and manage work on multiple tasks to tight deadlines
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality


Experience and Qualifications
• Higher education level and/or relevant skills qualification preferable
• 2 years’ minimum experience in a similar PA/EA or operational role
• Some concierge and/or London event venue experience would be beneficial
