This small boutique based in the heart of the West End are looking for an EA/OM to support the key personnel and look after the day to day functioning of the London office. This is a smart Investment boutique - a small office of very nice people who work closely together. They are part of a larger operation whose head office is based in the US. Whilst much of the Office Management in terms of systems is managed from head office, you'll be in-charge of the day to day running of it - troubleshooting, dealing with suppliers etc. You'll also be supporting senior individuals in the team (there are 8 people in the company altogether) and managing a team assistant who also supports the team.
This is the type of business where everyone rolls up their sleeves to muck-in - it is a flat hierarchy, so this role would suit someone who is just very happy to get involved and take ownership on whatever needs doing. Good MS office skills are a plus and someo0ne who has organised international diaries etc a big plus. That said this is a role best suited to someone who is looking to step up into it, rather than step across or down. You'll need at least 2 years experience though.
