This EA/ Office Assistant position working for a very interesting company within the technology industry. They are looking for someone to manage all aspects of the London office and look after the senior members of the team. It is a very varied role with a lot of responsibility and independence.  They need someone with a few years’ experience, happy to work independently and be very efficient. This is an opportunity to make the role their own and really take on the opportunity of running the office and being the ‘go to person’ both as an office manager and PA.

  • Ensuring the CEO expenses incurred are processed i
  • Organising appointments involving external stakeholders for the CEO, EMT and Board
  • Organising all travel, accommodation and visas as requested by the EMT and
  • Collating documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as reasonably
  • Acting as a central point of contact internally and externally on matters relating to the Board
  • Liaising with the cleaners to ensure the main office space, desks, meeting rooms and kitchen are cleaned to a high standard
  • Acting as the main point of contact for facilities and reception matters and coordinating actions
  • Working collaboratively with the HR Advisor to ensure Health & Safety matters are addressed appropriately and in good time
  • Answering and directing telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post, going to the Post Office and liaising with couriers as required
  • Preparing meeting rooms, hospitality and associated facilities for external meetings, and ensuring that rooms are reset after such events
