Customer Support and Operations Manager – Charity – up to 35K
 
I have just taken on an amazing opportunity working for a Charity as a Customer Service and Operations Manager. Located in the very heart of Mayfair, this would be an incredible opportunity for anyone with a good Customer Service background and willing to work within an Awards Team.
 
This is a permanent role where you will be reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Services and where you will therefore be managing your own team. You will be in charge of developing and training your team and will have to share performances. You will be switched-on and passionate about people and feel comfortable working alongside all services such as the financial department.
