We have an immediately available requirement for a customer service extraordinaire to assist our client in their distribution hub. Our client is a savvy and successful online retailer. They have carved a niche in the market which has seen them grow and expand. As a result of this rapid expansion, they are looking for a temp to assist in their state of the art warehouse helping with customer service and problem solving. This role will see you responding to client enquiries using your initiative to establish the cause of the problem and rectify this. You will liaise with the warehouse team, couriers and suppliers confidently communicating the best course of action. You will have strong writing skills, able to respond to e-mails in a professional and polite manner. You are the type of person that seeks out the best solution for the customer and client, identifying ways to improve processes along the way.
