We are currently registering available temporary customer service candidates that have previously worked in a Fashion/Beauty Retail head office environment.
Candidates must be extremely well spoken and have outstanding communication skills with the ability to deal with individuals of all levels in a professional, proactive, polite and enthusiastic manor.
A role of this nature will include:
A strong sense of product knowledge
Dealing with all inbound calls, emails from existing clients and new customers relating to orders
Managing and replying to all enquiries in a professional and timely manor
Processing orders, and returns
Logistics and order discrepancies via telephone and email
Investigating orders and deliveries, working closely with Courier Company’s
Managing and updating in-house CRM database paying extremely high attention to detail
Successful candidates must have excellent relationship building skills.
