We have an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Service Executive to join an innovative and rapidly growing Tech company. Are you driven, enthusiastic and keen to work as part of a supportive, fast-paced and social team?
Working in a fantastic Central location, you will join the team on an on-going temporary basis, successful candidates must be available immediately.
You will be responsible for;
- Managing the enquiries coming in and actioning them accordingly
- Taking inbound calls from buyers and seller and assisting with any queries they may have
- Assisting with the day to day team inbox
- Managing social media channels
- Managing online reviews and responding accordingly
You will be a confident, motivated self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and have a clear communication style. This genuinely is a rare opportunity to join a team where handwork does not go unrecognised.
