My client, an exciting, fast growing Tech start-up company is seeking motivated, enthusiastic Customer Service staff to join the team. My client is consistently breaking new records every week and their goal is complete industry domination – so they expect you to want to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Managing enquiries coming in and actioning them accordingly.
  • Taking inbound calls - assisting with any queries they may have.
  • Outbound calling to potential new suppliers explaining service.
  • Assisting with the day to day ‘team’ inbox – helping buyers and sellers with any queries they may have.
  • Managing social media channels.
  • Managing online reviews and responding accordingly.

 Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Great organisational skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English, with a clear and confident communication style.
  • Driven, motivated with a good work ethic.
  • An eagerness to learn.

This role will suit someone ambitious who wants a very hands-on role. You’ll be working alongside and learning from some of the brightest minds in the business.

This role also includes working some evening shifts to cover the US customers. My client will provide Deliveroo and an Uber ride home for the late shift to help out.
