A fast paced and exciting role has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join a fun, yet highly professional, Consultancy in the City, based right next to Liverpool street station.
Working with a lively team and great boss, your role will be first point of contact for all clients, coordinating all related queries and ensuring they are dealt with by the consultants in an efficient and most effective manner. You will also manage the reporting process and ensure everything is running smoothly within the team.
This is an exciting role which requires a very organised and strong communicator. You will have experience in a similar type service/help desk role or have proven experience juggling multiple diaries and priorities.
