You will be the face of the company and they know that first impressions count!
This is a maternity cover contract that will see you working alongside one other for the next 9 - 12 months. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients on arrival, answering all incoming calls, organising and booking meeting rooms, organising couriers, maintaining stationary, assisting with travel booking and various other administrative duties. You will take pride in maintaining the presentation of the front office area and meeting rooms. They work lovely hours too so no early start or late finish.
We are looking for an individual who has exceptional communication skills with a professional approach. You will be liaising with clients on a daily basis, thus impeccable appearance and people skills are a must! This is the perfect role for a candidate with Corporate Reception experience and strong MS office skills.
