This is one of Sydney's most desirable corporate firms to work for! You will be based in the heart of the CBD in offices that have views for miles. These offices enjoy amazing on-site services - shower facilities, a large kitchen that is stocked daily and a pool room. You will be on a dual desk meaning you will always have support while on this assignment. You will be part of a larger administration network who are friendly down to earth bunch and with regular team events and nights out you will be part of the group within your first week. 

As a Corporate Receptionist you are the initial point of contact for this busy business, liaising with a range of people from clients to executives your interpersonal and service skills will be second to none. Having had experience in a similar role you will be an expert in all aspects of running a busy reception. You will be comfortable with a high-volume switch board, managing multiple meeting rooms, taking responsibility for the common areas and taking pride in the over-all appearance of these areas. This Corporate Receptionist role requires someone who is familiar with a variety of administration tasks as you will support the greater administration team with any ad hoc request. 

  • Manage a busy switch
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Procurement of kitchen and office supplies

  • Data entry, both numerical and alpha

Your skills & expertise

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experienced in Microsoft suite
