We are looking for a polished and professional Corporate Receptionist for an innovative private equity firm, based in Mayfair for an initial nine months’ contract.
Alongside the effective management of the main switchboard, screening incoming calls and taking messages, you will manage all on-site meeting rooms, overseeing smooth day-to-day running. You will maintain the standard of these facilities, ensuring that all are re-stocked and tidy after each client visit. You will be the first point of contact for all high-profile guests, offering them an impeccable first impression of the firm. You will, from time to time, assist support staff in other administrative duties such as internal event planning, travel booking and liaising with office contractors.
You will be a diligent and dependable individual with at least one years’ experience as a Corporate Receptionist. You will be computer literate and a confident user of Microsoft packages. You will have an eye for detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
