My client who is a boutique Private Equity company based in beautiful offices in the west end. They are looking for a Corporate Receptionist / Administrator who will supporting some of the senior partners. They are looking for someone who is highly professional, client facing and comfortable on the phone. Responsible for the outgoing mail Handle the incoming mail and deliveries and ensure prompt distribution

Duties-

  • Liaise with the main building reception and security on admitting visitors
  • Taking calls and transferring through
  • Ensure that messages are delivered promptly
  • General personal assistance to the team
  • Meet and greet guests
  • Provide refreshments
  • Responsibility for the meeting rooms, that they are tidy and well presented, set up for meetings and booked out effectively
  • Ensure that there are stocks of amenities available to staff and visitors
  • Ensure that the communal areas are clean, tidy and well stocked
  • Order and maintain stationary, food & drink and cartridge stocks
  • Keep the kitchen clean and tidy and maintain kitchen stocks
