This corporate receptionist role is based in stunning state of the art offices in Mayfair.. You will find yourself working for an impressive global organisation on  2 person reception desk. This is a 12 month fixed term contract and we are looking for a professional and articulate receptionist who takes great pride in their role. We are looking for a welcoming yet professional receptionist who will be an enthusiastic part of the team. 

A confident and open communicator, you will have an ability to make all guests feel welcome when they call or visit the offices. As the first point of contact for all guests and callers you will show high levels of professionalism and well-mannered demeanour. Your role will see you  liaise with guests from international offices as well as clients. There is a steady flow of work here with several meeting rooms on-site, taxis, couriers and post. 

The ideal candidate will be available to cover the full 12 month contract. You will be a reliable team player who enjoys liaising with contacts at all levels. Your exceptional communication skills and phone manner will set you apart from the rest. Previous experience in a similar role will be highly desirable.
