A new opportunity has arisen for a Company Secretary of a Mayfair based  Finance boutique. They have a broad portfolio of interests in UK, European and other Worldwide destinations.  The company comprises of a number of individuals from large financial operations.  They are looking for a Company Secretary to is used to working in an environment dealing with contractors – IT, accountants, Solicitors etc. You will be flexible and discreet and able to provide Board with any tasks that arise.  You will be working in a growing office. You will be responsible for ensuring budget is consistent with needs of lines of business, ensuring lines of business are able to operate within budget, identifying required corporate actions, ensuring that corporate actions are taken in a timely manner, be responsible for HR and will have the Office Manager report into you.  You will have Company Secretarial experience,  ideally ICSA qualified, or equivalent and have an impressive and solid background – ideally from within the Finance industry – (SME experience preferred).  You will have the ability to produce high quality Word/PowerPoint documents, have excellent attention to details and be organised, patient and resilient.
