This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing financial technology company on a temporary basis with a potential permanent option.
The role is a client and marketing specialist position supporting the business development team- this is a great challenge for someone trying to build a career in finance.
The suitable candidate must be graduate calibre have previous experience in a client facing role and strong finance focus.
The duties include:
- Helping to on-board new contributing banks, including organising and attending client meeting with senior level staff, preparing documentation, liaising with key stakeholders
- Preparing meeting document and sales/marketing collateral
- Day to day ownership of CRM system
- Project management and administration for the business development team
- Supporting social media and marketing team
- Arranging travel for business development team, scheduling meetings and clients calls, preparing relevant agendas
- Helping maintain the business development schedule, ensuring the whole team is kept on track with actions
- Supporting the schedule of methodology committees, advisory committees and conferences, including delegate bookings , sponsorship and preparation material
Successful candidate must be available immediately, have excellent transparent and clear communications skills, have strong abilities to build and maintain relationships at all levels, financially literate with a strong interest in finance.
