Are you available immediately. Do you have 5 years + experience in a client facing role - recruitment, property, luxury goods etc?? Our client are based in very smart Mayfair offices and are looking for a couple of new additions to their great team. The role will be extensively managing their extensive client base so a lot of your time will be spent on the telephone (hence a superb and highly articulate telephone manner is essential). You will be providing a high level of client care, sending and responding to their emails, organising meetings and carrying out associated administration. All this will be one in a professional, positive, efficient and helpful manner. They have meticulous processes in place which have to be adhered to so you must be incredibly organised and have a tidy desk syndrome! Our client has the highest standards so you must have impeccable attention to detail, a meticulous and diligent approach. Personality wise (very important) is you will be warm, open with a positive and friendly manner but have the capacity to be confident and assertive. Sense of humour is essential. Great opportunity to work with a great team in a professional, hard-working but fun office (offices are amazing!). To start asap with interviews taking place next week.
