Client Services Coordinator- High end health and fitness brand
Tiger Recruitment are currently working with a very exciting, very high-end Health and fitness lifestyle brand who are seeking a Client services Coordinator to join their fabulous and fun team and look after their extremely important, high end client base.
You will be the vital first port of call for all clients and the lynch pin between their dedicated Personal trainer and dietician and ensure they feel full supported and looked after on their fitness journey. The role is extremely customer-facing and you will be an ambassador for the programmes, company brand and beliefs and will lead by example with a positive and supportive manner. As well as your day-to-day duties, this role will provide the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the business including working closely with the high-profile founder.
The successful candidate will have a natural interest and passion for health and fitness, ideally with experience within a high-end customer service environment. You will be exceptionally warm and personable and willing to take direction from the highly-experienced team.
