My client, a top International Investment Firm, based in their beautiful offices in the West End are looking for a day to day Facilities Assistant. The role reports to the International Families manager in the London office who looks after facilities operations for their Europe, Asia and Australia offices. The role will require someone with experience is day to day facilities management who is very capable to communicate effectively with the senior professionals within the company. 

  • Building and grounds maintenance
  • Cleaning
  • Catering and vending
  • Health and safety
  • Procurement and contract management
  • Security
  • Space management
  • Utilities and communications infrastructure
  • Preparing documents to put out tenders for contractors
  • Project management and supervising and coordinating the work of contractors


  • Proven track record of facilities management of multiple sites
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, providing high quality service and support
  • Effectively manages projects, meeting necessary deadlines
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Detail orientated and has a keen eye for maintaining high-end spaces
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
