An exciting tour guide company based in London, who pride themselves on the fantastic and unique experience they offer to each and every customer, are seeking an administrator.
Due to a busy period, they are looking to take on an administrator to work within their bookings team. The role will be for up to two months, starting immediately.
The chosen candidate will create a fantastic customer experience from the moment they pick up the phone.
The ideal candidate will have the below skills and experience;
- Able to work at a fast pace and pick up new systems quickly (training will be provided)
- Previous customer service and administration experience
- A working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Prior experience and understanding of bookings systems or in similar sector (sightseeing, tourism) preferred but not essential
- Previous administration experience
- Available to start immediately and able to commit to a two month booking
The role is starting immediately for the next two months, an interview will be held next week for shortlisted candidates.
