I am working on a fantastic position for a part time administrator with accounts experience to join this leading publishing company for a 9-month fixed term contract. This a maternity cover contract of 20 hours a week over two days, that may be extended to a full year.
This key role will see you providing efficient support to the team in all aspects of administration and office coordination, in addition to finance administration. This side of the position includes the use of Xero, reconciling payments, expenses, payment runs and frequent communication with the accountant.
You will be able to use your initiative, be confident and have excellent interpersonal skills. You must have prior experience of using Xero and if you’re able to speak French this is a bonus!
