A highly successful international software company are seeking an immediately available candidate who is ready to hit the ground running providing support to their rapidly growing Global Services team. We are looking for an organised and efficient Administrator with excellent attention to detail. This role will start off as a temporary position with the scope to go permanent. This is a fast paced and dynamic work environment with a real international presence. Working within the close-knit Global Services team you will liaise with contacts around the world on a daily basis. You will pride yourself on communication skills and the ability to build relationships within the business. This will branch out to communication with clients.
You will work closely with the Global Services Coordinator ensuring that all administrative tasks across the team are covered. As the key point of contact for the team you will liaise with customers, partners and the sales team so your communication skills (written and verbal) are important. You will assist to coordinate and schedule the delivery of training and consultancy services. To be successful in this role you must be service minded, have a strong work ethic, and be self-directed and resourceful.
You must have service experience in a corporate environment and knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage.
