An award winning, investment consultancy firm based in the City is looking for an Administrative Assistant/PA for a seven-month contract. This role will provide support for senior level employees within one of their busiest teams.
You will be the first point of contact for the team support, arranging meetings and conference calls with internal and external parties. You will provide diary management and have extensive experience organising global, multi-stop business travel end-to-end and across multiple time zones. You will have experience navigating CRM and other databases, updating contact details, call reporting and tracking. You will be on hand to assist in event coordination, and will undertake basic research projects, and the collation of briefing documents, for these events and meetings.
You will be a responsible and dependable individual with at least three years’ experience in a similar role. You will be confident in managing a highly changeable workload with complete focus on excellence. You will be able to work to deadlines, take on multiple projects, prioritise accordingly and deliver under results under pressure. You will have an eye for detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be completely computer literate and a confident user of Microsoft packages.
