Tiger Recruitment are very excited to announce the chance to join our team in a fantastic Accounts Assistant/Administrator. This is a unique accounts position where you will work closely with our bookkeeper and support team learning and developing as you go. This newly created role will see you gain invaluable experience as an integral part of the accounts team. This role is more than just “numbers” and will see you build relationships with a range of clients, candidates, suppliers and staff. This role plays a crucial part to the smooth running of the business and our operational success.
A diligent team player, you will enjoy the variety of this role and exposure to many different aspects of the accounts process. You will assist with accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, credit control, entering information into QuickBooks, raising invoices, processing expenses and much more. You will be heavily involved in the payroll process for our temp workforce including liaising with our payroll company and assisting temps with holiday requests, P45’s and general enquiries. This element of the role is a fundamental part of the position. This is a very fast-paced environment so we are looking for someone who can perform all tasks quickly with the highest attention to detail
This role requires someone with strong number and MS Office Skills. Moreover, you will be accustomed to a fast-paced work environment; driven and proactive.
