All Recruitment Consultants joining Tiger go through a period of “training” or “re-training” to make sure they deliver the high quality level of service our Clients and Candidates expect. 

Comprehensive theoretical training is provided by experts in the business before “on-the-job” training. Bi-annual career appraisals and weekly management meetings are designed to give our staff the best support in their career without being restrictive.

Our approach at Tiger is one of empowering the individual to work autonomously and run their own desk and not to set the wide ranging and sizeable targets that many of our competitors do.

Remuneration and career prospects

Tiger pays and rewards above market rate. We believe that to attract the best, we need to pay the best. Our commission structure is highly competitive and on top, annual bonuses are paid at Christmas.

Career progression is clearly defined at interview and all Consultants are expected to achieve Senior Consultant status. Beyond, there are opportunities to join the management team and more.
